When we searched for EBL Pakistan on SECP website, we did not find it there. Here is a screenshot for the search term “EBL Pakistan” on SECP companies search page.

Here is the third screenshot for the search of “EBL Pakistan” as “name containing words”. Here, if there was a similar named company in the SECP records, that would also have showed up. This again proves that EBL is not registered with SECP currently.
Also, in October 2022, SECP issued a list of companies that were claiming to be registered with SECP but were not actually. That list also mentions EBL Pakistan as a company not registered with SECP.
