RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY – PAKISTAN PUR
If your product from Pakistan Pur is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, e.g., if an item was delivered on December 1st, it can be returned until December 8th. Please note that return requests will not be processed if the item is no longer needed.
All items must be returned in their original form (unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All items sent for return undergo a quality check to ensure they are returned in their original condition. If a product is returned inadequately, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If the order is delivered before cancellation, you may cancel it by not receiving the parcel.

Refund Processing Time:
- Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after quality check.
- Credit Card Reversal: Within 2-3 business days after quality check.

Return Request Disapproval:
If your return request is not approved, we will inform you about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
