Madina University Scholarships for Pakistani Students

ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF MADINAH located in the holy city of Medina, is one of the leading universities in Saudi Arabia. It was founded by the al-Saud in 1961 with the aim of spreading the faith of Islam and serving the Ummah through the teaching of Islamic disciplines. Students from over 170 countries are enrolled. The University offers a wide variety of programs in various fields, such as Sharia (Islamic law), Arabic language, engineering, and sciences.

Bachelors and Masters Degrees Available

The Islamic University of Madinah offers a variety of undergraduate and master’s programs under its fully funded scholarship. Here are some of the programs you can apply for:

Fully Funded Scholarship for International Students

It is a fully funded scholarship for all Muslims living in any country.

• A free plane ticket upon admission, as well as a free ticket at the end of each academic year, according to specific guidelines.
• A monthly allowance.
• An extra allowance for students who achieve the grade of excellence.
• Furnished accommodation, for non-married students.
• Food at the university restaurant, for a small monthly fee.
• Quality healthcare at the university hospital.
• Free daily transportation to and from the Prophet’s Mosque, as well as regular organized ‘Umrah (lesser pilgrimage) trips.
• Use of the social, training, and sports facilities at the university.
  

Eligibility Criteria for Madina University Scholarship

• Applicants must be international (Muslim) Male of good conduct
• Students must hold high school education (12 years) education or equivalent to the education for undergraduate requirements
• Applicants must hold bachelor degrees or 16-year education at the time of Master’s degree applications with 3.75 out of 5.
  

Documents Required to Apply for the Scholarship

The following documents are required to apply for this fully funded scholarship at Islamic University of Madinah Saudi Arabia.

1. High School/GCSE/A-level Certificate: This is your high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
2. High School/GCSE/A-level Transcript: This is the grade transcripts from your high school.
3. Testimony of Conduct: Also known as a character certificate, this document attests to your good behavior.
4. Birth Certificate: A document that verifies your date of birth.
5. Passport: Your international travel document. If you don’t have a passport, you can provide your national ID card.
6. Recent Colour Photos: You should provide recent photos with a white background, without glasses or head coverings.
7. Letter of Recommendation: This should be from a respected Imam/Shaykh/Da’ee or a testimony of conduct from a principle/teacher/employer.

Application Process

1. Decide: Make sure you truly want to study at the Islamic University of Madinah.
2. Pray Salatul-Istikharah: This is a prayer for guidance in making a decision.
3. Gather Documents: Collect all the required documents for the application.
4. Get References: Obtain two good references from a respected Imam/Shaykh/Da’ee and a testimony of conduct from a principle/teacher/employer.
5. Scan Documents: Scan all your paperwork or take good pictures.
6. Translate Documents: Get all the document translated into Arabic as non-Arabic documents without translations are unlikely to be considered for acceptance.
7. Apply Online: Once you have all the required paperwork and their translations, go to the online application webpage of the University’s Admissions Department and begin your application.
